Grace comes home!

We brought Grace home from the hospital this evening.  Her discharge weight was 3lbs. 14oz.  At the end of her stay at the hospital, Grace was eating like a champ, earning the nickname Grace the Tank from Mom and Dad.  Eva is not far behind and is having a sleep test this weekend to see if she can come home Monday the 10th.
